Terms and Conditions

All competitors will be required to sign a liability release/disclaimer. 
This will be sent to the team captain. 

Entry Fees:
Four person team $380 - includes some race equipment, t shirt and meal ticket
Two person team $220 - includes some race equipment, t shirt and meal ticket.

Team that cancel 2 weeks prior to the event will receive a refund, less a $50 administration fee. 
Teams that cancel within two weeks of the event will NOT receive a refund. 
The race director reserves the right to cancel the event in the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
There will be no refunds if the race is cancelled or postponed.
