Team Responsibilities

Each team is to nominate a captain who is responsible to interface with the race organisers, his team and support crew. At least one team member should be able to navigate with the topographical map provided and it is an advantage to be able to use a compass. 

All team members must travel together and be no more than 100m apart. If a team member is injured or having some difficulty at least one of the team members must remain with the injured competitor and wait for help to arrive. Two of the team members can then go and find the nearest help. This may include making their way to the nearest TP or informing another team passing through the area. If a team member has a mobile phone please call the race officials.
